Today for lunch we tried something new, Breakfast Pizza! All your favorite breakfast foods on crescent rolls.
Cheese – we used Italian & Sharp Cheddar
Preheat oven to 375 degrees, follow instructions to cook crescent rolls. Cook your eggs & bacon. While the bacon cooks, cut into pieces. Roll out the crescent rolls, do not take them apart keep them as one. Push the dough together slightly at the perforated edges. Once the crescent roll is laid on on your baking sheet, spread the eggs. Spread cooked bacon on top of eggs. Add your choice of cheese. Bake in oven for 9-12 minutes, as instructed on crescent roll packaging.
Your choice of toppings it totally up to you. Next time I think I will try spinach, tomatoes, hash browns, onions, minus the bacon.
