This pictures on the Right hand side, were taken 4 days after coming home from delivering our second son March 2018. The picture on the Left hand side, was taken earlier this morning.
For the last 5 months I have done;
1 Capful of Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Pinches of Cinnamon
My weight was 188 when I delivered my second son, weighing 6lbs 6oz.
I will be honest, I did workout out of the last 5 months about 6x – mostly home workouts.
If you consider walking everyday at work, then I guess you can say “workout”
I am still not at my desired goal: 130
My Pre-pregnancy Weight: 145.
My Current Weight: 142.6
